THE DANIEL INCIDENT. 11:00 PM 」

Consistency means training when you're supposed to, not making lame excuses to watch TV or head to the bar. More than any other sport, bodybuilding / strongman / olympic lifting requires a serious level of commitment and dedication. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Sometimes I just wished I had more people in my EVERYDAY life to keep me motivated amd keep challenging me to push harder, lift heavier and monitor my progress. Tell me when i'm moving up and slap me when im slacking off or trying to skip a meal.

But what I do seem to have in abundance is people who keep saying "you're getting too big...", "when you gonna stop..." or "wah..you're crazy man.." or "i think you'll look scary..."

If i want to progress anywhere do i simply surround myself with those with positive comments? Hard cuz i only train with the Team Iron Behemoths once a week. And also cuz I love alot of the negative comment issuers too much. Hahaha..the irony of determination and drive. Lazy people will never understand.

Just so I make myself clear...i dont care what people say or what you say or she says or he says, I'm not gonna stop lifting, I'm not gonna stop getting bigger and I am neveer ever going to back down. if you have objections to this - I'll show you where to shove your comments. No disrespect intended.

This is just the beginning, you ain't seen nothing yet. I'm Just 81.7 KG.
160kg deadlift 130kg squat for 9 reps 80 kg bench. Numbers that are only gonna go up. fast.
