what do when you've left some DNA on the barbell?
haha..i looked up huffin and puffin and realised there was some 'dark lines' on my shins. looked down to realised there was a 'lil line of blood along the shin bone-line. heavy deadlifts do that to you i guess.
ISABEL to NOTE: the bar is to move straight up , NOT on a TANGENT!! the vertical axis is not to move, hence the occasional scrape of the shin. Don't worry, you'll only wipe the skin of your shin if you lift heavy. like me.
